How it works:

At the point of sign up, you will be asked to fill in a form like this. This information is used to match you with a Soundboard.

Ahead of the event, you will receive an overview of who your Soundboard matches are so you’re not going in blind to the matches.

There will be no awkward conversations because we give you a topic to discuss with your match so no last-minute scrambling for what to say.

More About Fleur
REALWORK is the culmination of Fleur’s 15 years’ experience starting multiple businesses from the ground up. Fleur’s first brand went from concept to Waitrose in 18 months, the second from concept to house lager at The Ritz Hotel in the same time frame. Fleur held a guest lectureship in business and branding at UCL and has consulted or been a NED on multiple start-ups including Pip & Nut, Miso Tasty and Little Bandits.
Fleur is Courier’s longest serving regular columnist and a newly commissioned opinion writer for Tortoise Media. Her work and life have been featured in Wallpaper, The Sunday Times, The FT, The Guardian and The Observer. Fleur is an advisory board member for CREATE EQUITY a not-for-profit created to address the lack of equity investment in businesses with Black and ethnic minority founders.
